Apply for membership online. Before you apply, however, ensure you have all your supporting documents saved on your computer as you will be asked to attach your documents to the online application.

Your application and supporting documents will be sent to the CIQS Membership Committee for review.

 

You should apply as a CIQS Member at Large if you do not reside in Canada.

If you reside in Newfoundland or Labrador, please apply to CIQS – Newfoundland and Labrador;

If you reside in British Columbia or the Yukon, please apply to CIQS – British Columbia;

If you reside in Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, North-west Territories or western part of Nunavut, please apply to CIQS – Prairies and NWT;

If you reside in Ontario or eastern part of Nunavut, please apply to CIQS – Ontario;

If you reside in Québec, please apply to CIQS – Québec;

If you reside in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Prince Edward Island, please apply to CIQS – Maritimes.
