Michael Creedon is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and experienced Contract Manager and Claims Practitioner. He has 24 years’ experience in the construction industry, including over 14 years in senior positions on LNG mega projects in Papua New Guinea, Australia, and Canada.

Michael is currently working as a Senior Claims Manager on the LNG Canada project, his duties include, overseeing claims processes and procedures, development of strategies for resolution of claims, review, analysis and claims defense. He is a member of the RICS and holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Economics and Quantity Surveying, an MSc in Commercial practice in the energy sector, and an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration and obtained his PMP in 2017. He is also a Regional Director of the Society of Construction Law (Prairies chapter).


Niamh Ní Chróinín is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) and Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with more than two decades of experience in construction, project management, and dispute resolution. She is the Founder and Director of SAOR Consulting, where she advises clients across the lifecycle of complex construction projects, from risk management and project controls to claims, delay analysis, and expert testimony. Niamh holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, combining technical engineering expertise with legal and contractual insight to support all parties on construction Projects.

Over the course of her career, Niamh has worked on high-profile infrastructure, energy, and development projects across Ireland, UK and Canada. She has provided forensic schedule and damages analysis, led project controls and claims teams, and delivered expert reports and testimony in arbitration. In addition to her consulting work, Niamh is active in industry education and leadership: she lectures on construction law and project controls at SAIT, serves on the board of the Society of Construction Law (North America), and regularly contributes to professional conferences, training programs, and academic courses.
