The CIQS is thrilled to announce that registration is open for Congress 2024 in Toronto, Ontario.
Dates for the 2024 Congress are June 20-22, 2024, and will take place at the Delta Toronto.
We have finetuned our program to create a strong balance of speaker sessions and networking opportunities that are important for business and personal development. We hope that this new format will make it easier for you, the member, to make a strong business case for your employer to pay for you to attend Congress every year.

We have introduced a new pricing structure, offering Super Early Bird, in addition to our Early Bird and Regular pricing. Individual tickets are also available for purchase to Welcome Reception and/or 65th Anniversary Dinner if you are interested attending one of our single days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend Congress after paying for your registration fee, CIQS offers a variety of options:
1. Substitute the delegate
Should you wish to send another representative from your company in your place, please notify us in writing at minimum of 7 days prior to the opening of Congress (June 20, 2024) via email to [email protected]. Please include the name, contact information (email and phone number) and job title as well as whether or not they are a CIQS member or a non-member.
2. Cancellation – Delegate
Cancellation notice must be received in writing via email to [email protected]. Refunds will be made as follows:
- Up to 30 days prior to start of event: Full refund less $100.00 administration fee
- 0-29 days prior to start of event: No refund
