Joanne graduated from the University of Ulster with a First Class Honours Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying with a Diploma in Industrial Studies and has over 18 years’ experience providing cost and commercial management services to Government and Public Clients, Architects, Developers and Lenders in Canada and the United Kingdom.
Joanne is currently a Director for Turner & Townsend, leading the Alberta Cost Planning Team on a wide variety of projects including Public Sector, Aviation, Healthcare, Educational, Long-Term Care, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Recreational and Community Facilities. Joanne’s notable experience includes having led a cost planning team on a major parliamentary restoration program, the Laboratories Canada program and major hospital projects in Canada. Joanne specializes in business case cost planning and the preparation of project budget proformas and construction cost estimates.
